11AM: Wig Styling For the Stage with Semi Sweet
Wigs can be an excellent addition to your next look, but learning how to style them can be daunting! Semi Sweet, a professional wig stylist and hairdresser, has put together a simple curriculum to go over the differences between human and synthetic wigs, common styling techniques and how to complete them, and some basics every stylist should have in their kit.
12:45PM: Stage Management for Drag & Burlesque (& Beyond!) with Gnat
This class will go over the basics of stage management for drag and burlesque stages, how to collaborate with producers ahead of showtime, crisis management when things go wrong, and more! This class is taught by Gnat, a local performer/producer/stage manager who has had an out-of-drag career in stage management for the last 12 years.
2PM: The Organized Performer: Show-Ready On and Off Stage
This lecture explores practical strategies for organizing the many moving parts of a burlesque career—from studio storage and costume management to packing show kits and navigating crowded green rooms. Ideal for performers at any stage of their career who want to reduce stress, save time, and build sustainable systems that support their creative work.

11AM: Cardio Twerk with Ghula Mortisse
This class creates a fun environment for all levels to flourish. With a focus on coordination and isolation, in the form of a Zumba-like class. Wear clothing you can workout in – you will sweat!
12:15PM: Power of the Peel: Creating Political Burlesque with Teasy Roosevelt
This is a rebellious burlesque workshop that turns performance art into a weapon of defiance. Rip away the façade, expose the bullshit, and use satire, symbolism, and raw stage presence to shake the system. Whether you’re here to disrupt, dismantle, or just make ‘em squirm, this workshop will help you craft performances that hit hard and leave a mark.
1:45PM: Heels with Kelly
Turn it up with Kelly Dolan, the owner and passion behind Worcester Dance! This beginner-friendly heels class is designed to build confidence. You’ll be supported in finding what feels good on your body and moving with intention. Heels of any size and height are optional.
